Free delivery:

In regards to Free Delivery, you are responsible to input the correct address for shipping/delivery. OKT Luxury Lashes does not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses or stolen goods if the item isn’t received by you in a timely manner.

Free Delivery is Available in Edmonton & St.Albert for a fee of $7 - but is FREE on orders over $50!

Free Delivery is Available in Sherwood Park for a fee of $10 - but is FREE on orders over $75!

Pick-Up:

You will be sent an email co-ordinating this so please look for that!

Shipping:

Shipping is FREE on orders +$100

Flat Rate shipping on orders UNDER $100 is $11 in Canada

It is your responsibility to input the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address and other information regarding your order. Requests for address or order changes will be considered but again aren't guaranteed.

Once your order is processed and shipped, our expedited shipping option takes 2-3 days to arrive via Canada Post mail.

Order Processing:

All orders take 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) to process. Special promotions may increase this time. We do our best to make sure your order is shipped ASAP.
