Shipping, Delivery, & Order Processing Policies

Shipping:

Shipping is FREE on orders +$75

It is your responsibility to input the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address and other information regarding your order. Requests for address or order changes will be considered but again aren't guaranteed.

Once your order is processed and shipped, our shipping option takes 1-5 days to arrive via UPS or Canada Post mail.

Order Processing:

All orders take 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) to process. Special promotions may increase this time. We do our best to make sure your order is shipped ASAP.

Once your order is placed it is finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but aren't guaranteed.

Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a store credit or exchange, as long as they are unopened and unused please see the Return Policy page for further information.
